I have written several stories that attempt to describe bitcoiners, not Bitcoin itself. Separately, I’ve authored two other Bitcoin series: Why Bitcoin, The Series, and Deep Takes on Bitcoin.

1. Bitcoiners Are Not Toxic — They Have Integrity

My most read article to date. It explains the issue of why bitcoiners seem hostile towards people suggesting they can ‘fix’ Bitcoin.

2. Rich or Poor, Bitcoiners Have What Money Can’t Buy

A short, four minute read, explaining how becoming a bitcoiner is a process that leads to self esteem, intelligence, friendship and more of the things that money can’t buy.

3. Don’t Tell Me There Are No Heroes in Bitcoin

Bitcoin is a movement that calls upon people to do heroic things. This article puts the term ‘heroic’ in the right context for Bitcoin and describes those in its history that have been heroic.

4. Bitcoin is a Test

Bitcoiners must pass many tests, with Bitcoin itself as the teacher and tester. What it teaches you about is not itself, but something far more important.

5. If You Love Freedom, The Earth and the Environment, Consider Becoming a Bitcoiner

There is no contradiction between loving freedom and all life and Bitcoin shows how to resolve the illusion of conflict between them created by our current systems.

6. Bitcoin Taught Me How To Teach

They say “Bitcoin changes you.” It changed me. Here’s how.

7. The Bitcoin Rule: Do Unto Others and Be Done Unto By Them Only By Mutual Agreement

Bitcoiners live life by a moral code that Bitcoin makes practical to live by! I call this code “The Bitcoin Rule”

8. Bitcoin Is a Declaration of Peace!

The end of wars lies ahead. It starts with one side declaring peace after insulating themselves from war.

Also related to bitcoiners:

Sound Money and Sound Art — The Common Denominator is Integrity

It’s not just Bitcoin that bitcoiners preserve. Uncompromising integrity in art means something to them too.
